Power Macintosh G3 question ?
I have a Power Macintosh G3 which is working fine but the monitor (apple colour sync display) has packed in and now it won't work anymore. I have no ways of displaying the information on the machine. If i buy a normal flat screen apple monitor will it work with my old machine, does it have to be an apple monitor or a normal PC monitor.
You can use any monitor you like, I am using a G5 Mac tower with a 19" widescreen. The best place to buy is online, try http://www.cclonline.com
You can get a good 22" widescreen for them for £140 if you comparison shop. The Hannspree and LG makes are a good bet, get one with a DVI input and 1000-1 contrast ratio. You could also try http://www.ebuyer.com
