My monitor appears black when I turned on the PC, what are the possibilitiess that cause this?
My monitor is a Samsung 17 inch 732N Plus. I figured it was the graphics card, so I borrowed a working graphics card from my friend, and the same thing persists. Maybe it was the monitor, but when I press the Menu (with the black screen) under my monitor when my PC is on, it appears a message "Test Good". If the graphics card is good, and the monitor "Test Good", what could be wrong?
Does the computer boot up? i.e. are there light on it?
