How to clean drum unit from laser printer?
The selenium green drum unit in my laser printer is dirty from a label which got lodged onto it. Is it possible to clean it with some kind of solution or cleanser or alcohol?

It depends on what quality you want to end up with. If you have to buy another one, why not give it a shot. Do NOT touch the drum with your fingers, the oil from your skin is bad for the surface material , try and remove as much as possible, gently with a neeedle-nose pliers, then you might try to clean the drum with 90 percent or higher rubbing alcohol and a q-tip. I doubt you will get it completely perfect but the printer might well print just fine for normal things if you don't mind a little mark or 2 on the page. Also try not to get alcohol into the ink storage so you might want to work with it up in the air.
